Eligibility: Open to all artists. This is not a juried show.

Receiving for all media (except sculpture): Friday, September 6: 12 noon to 7 pm,
Selleck Hall, St. Paul Episcopal Church, 200 Riverside Avenue, Riverside, CT

Receiving for sculpture: Friday, September 6: 3:30 to 6:30 pm,
Images Gallery, 202 Sound Beach Avenue, Old Greenwich, CT
Sculpture will be displayed at Images during the show.
Large pieces (pedestal) limited to three (3),
smaller pieces (table size) limited to five (5).

Pick-up: Sunday, Sept. 8, starting at 5:00 pm. Any work not removed by 5:30 will be stored in Sound Beach Avenue shop entrances.
 

Specifics:
-- ASOG Member – five (5) pieces @ $10 each
-- Non-Members - four (4) pieces @ $15 each. (Non-members may join at receiving for $30.)
-- Maximum size: 168” perimeter. Works must be framed and wired for hanging. All works must be for sale. Sculptors must supply their own bases.
-- Portfolio Tables - $30, payable at receiving. Space requirements: 7’ wide x 4’ long. Artists must provide tables and chairs and handle all sales. Space is not reserved. No framed art may be shown at tables.
-- ASOG takes no commissions on sales. Purchase checks will be kept at Sales Table until artists come to pick them up. Buyers may take the art with them. Artists may replace art sold during the show.


 

Parking: To benefit visitors to the show, artists are asked to park behind CVS or the banks. No parking on Sound Beach Avenue.

THE CHILDREN’S SIDEWALK SHOW FOR YOUNG ARTISTS
will be held on
Saturday, Sept. 7.
Art will be accepted between 9:00 and 11:00 am
at Cook and Craft, 27 Arcadia Road, Old Greenwich.
Cash awards will be presented for the following age groups:
Under 5, 6-7 (1st and 2nd grades), 8-9 (3rd and 4th grades), 10-11 (5th and 6th grades),
12-14 (7th and 8th grades), and 15-17 (high school).
Two entries at $2 each.

ALL ENTRIES NEED A WIRE OR STRING ACROSS THE BACK SO THAT WE CAN HANG IT ON AN "S" HOOK.

Please fill out top and bottom. Please cut on dotted line. One half of form gets taped to upper right hand corner of art, the other half of form goes in our file box.

Judging will begin on Saturday at 12 pm.

25 awards are given:
First, Second and Third place in age categories: Under 5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-14, 15-17, Best in show, 3 Chairman Awards and 3 Sculpture Awards.
